You do not like this thing. Luckily your RSV test came back negative and we left with a diagnosis of bronchilitus. We now have our own breathing machine at home.
Weight: 20.8 lbs (you have had another ear infection and a stomach virus leading up to this and I'm pretty sure you lost some weight)
Length: ----
Eating: when you feel good you are the BEST eater. Your favorite food is pizza. If you see anyone eating it you grunt at them until they feed you. It's really funny. We mostly stick to the healthier options but a little treat every now and then is deserved. For breakfast you eat toast and fruit. For lunch you have a protein (chicken, white beans, kidney beans, etc) and yogurt. For dinner you get more fruit and veggies plus some of whatever we are having. You are doing a great job self feeding and most of the food now ends up in your mouth and not in your high chair.
Likes: crawling up the stairs over and over, taking baths and splashing around, being outside and swinging at the park. You laugh so hard the first few pushes.
Dislikes: strangers and most men. You cry if anyone you don't know tries to take you and when our guy friends try to talk to you you look terrified. But you love your Daddy and your Cappy.
Sleep: ugh! This month has been filled with illness and sleep has been pretty non-existent. It's like having a newborn again. Up every two hours. The good thing is I have gotten in lots of sweet snuggles.
New tricks: you are standing up all by your self now and doing an even better job with your push toys. You are also talking a lot more and answering our questions with your version of yes and no. Yes gets a point or big smile and something that sounds like "ehh". For no we get a very clear "uh uh".
I feel like any day now you are gonna take off walking and speak to me in full sentences. Time slow down!
I also want you to know that even though you have been sick and struggled to sleep you have been a trooper and you keep the sweetest little smile on your face almost all day.
